Terms of Service

Last updated June 12, 2026

These Terms govern your use of nowbooked, the scheduling and text-message booking service operated by nowbooked, Inc. (“nowbooked,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, booking through a nowbooked page, or texting a nowbooked booking number, you agree to these Terms.

The service

nowbooked lets a local service business (a “Business”) accept appointments online and by text. nowbooked acts as the Business’s booking assistant: it answers texts, offers open times, books appointments, and sends confirmations and reminders on the Business’s behalf. nowbooked is the platform provider; the Business is responsible for the services it offers and the appointments it accepts.

Accounts

  • A Business must provide accurate information and is responsible for activity under its account.
  • You must be legally able to enter these Terms and use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages through it.

Text messaging

nowbooked sends and receives booking-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, and conversational booking) on behalf of the Business. By providing your mobile number to book, or by texting a Business’s nowbooked number, you consent to receive these messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. A Business using nowbooked is responsible for having a lawful basis to message its customers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS data.

Billing & trials

  • Paid plans for Businesses are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, nowbooked disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages caused by carriers or third parties. nowbooked is not a party to the appointment or transaction between a Business and its customer.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions? [email protected] — nowbooked.ai.
