Privacy requests

1. Submit this form using the email address on your nowbooked account.
2. We reply to that address to confirm the request, so nobody else can delete your account.
3. Deletion is completed within 30 days and we email you a confirmation.

• Your login and account profile
• Your business profile, settings, and booking page
• Appointments, customer records, and message history
• Your booking phone number (released back to the carrier)

• Invoices and payment records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes
• A minimal record of your deletion request, so we can show it was honored
