Reschedule or cancel

Move or cancel any appointment and keep the customer in the loop.

Plans change on your side too. You can move or cancel any appointment from your calendar, and nowbooked can tell the customer for you.

Rescheduling

  1. 1Open the appointment from your calendar.
  2. 2Tap Reschedule and pick a new open time.
  3. 3Leave Text the customer on so they get the update automatically.
  4. 4Save — the old slot frees up instantly.
Tip

Cancelling works the same way — open the appointment, tap Cancel, and the time opens back up for someone else.
